Petar Miletic, former deputy head of the Kosovo Parliament, says he is engaged as foreign consultant of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, but not foreign policy adviser.
“Inform is half true. I have been named as an foreign consultant for Albin Kutt, not a consultant for foreign policy that is financed by the German government, more precisely, by Germany's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on community issues”, Miletic told Danas.
He says that only counselors and not decision-makers will have a role.
Democracy. com has published on Thursday the decision to appoint Miletic, which holds the signing of Prime Minister Kurti. It says he is named foreign political adviser.
Serbian media in Kosovo, “kossev” recalls that in 2012, when Miletic was deputy head of the Parliament from the ranks of the Independent Liberal Party, condemned the action of Vetevendosje Movement on the border with Serbia.
In a statement in 2016, he was quoted as saying that the Association of Serbian municipalities should not be in the agenda because Kosovo's “Serbs have protection from the Constitution of Kosovo and from laws, even without Association”.
