Mentor Petrela: I can't help it if I don't build Kosovo neurosurgeon

The renowned Neurosurgeon Prof. Mentor Petrela has made a big promise, saying she will not die without helping Kosovo freeze neurosurgeonia.

Petra's promise was given during his speech after being launched with the prize for vital work “prof. Sami Hadzibeqiri” from the Kosovo College of Surgery at the opening of the second clinical congress.

I'm not special, I'm just like everybody else. But I understand one thing, that we Albanian surgeons come from a critical measure, as my friend Ismail Kadare calls it, that we are not allowed to stay in the local folklore, but to go to civilisation”.
