Kurti forgets leaving Kosovo on strike, Austrian students are told the country has economic progress

Prime Minister Kurti presented Kosovo's overall achievements, especially economic and democratic progress in the past year. Before about 90 international students following the master's studies on human rights and democratisation, he spoke of government achievements and initiated reforms, particularly in the justice system, the fight against crime and corruption, as well as the foreign policy and the goals of the Republic of Kosovo for integration into international organisations”, the communiques say.
After the brief presentation, the prime minister talked with the students and professors present, who posed questions and expanded discussion on the points of the Government Programme, related to economy and investments, justice and the property process, as well as education and the dual system of education. Students and professors present thanked Prime Minister Kurti for this discussion”, said further in the communique.
Kurti's statement comes at a time when Kosovo is facing severe strikes because of unmet union demands.
After education is on strike, even the health union has warned protests Wednesday.
