After the start of the strike organised by the SBASK, a public media link to Mr. Jasharaj was organized. On the Kosovo Government's decision, the strikers were not executed payment for August because the finance minister had requested differential and denouncing lists as a condition to issue salaries.
Those who were not part of the strike also suffered. This raised tensions and prompted reactions where there was no control at all.
Reactions coming from power carriers were mainly directed at Nundman Jasharight and other SBASK leaders, threatening them with prosecution. Meanwhile, an adviser to Prime Minister Kurti, Elvis Hoxha, from Tirana charged Jasharaj that, as a member of a Serb party, she is organising protests as if Kosovo citizens called Kosovo Kosovars by showing racist hatred against Kosovo Albanians and risking Beftman Jasaj's life as a member of a Serb party.
Elvis Hoxha does this for the worst purpose, from the position of a wrongdoer who gets money without working anything or, rather, said to spread racist hatred.
The KMDLNI invites the State Prosecutor to launch investigations into threats being made to Nitem Jasharight that can risk his life as well as his family. As evidence of the launch of investigations, Elvis Hodge posts, Hysamedin Ferreaj and media debates in Kosovo can be obtained.
You may not even agree with the strike and with Beftman Jasharan, but you must respect their human rights, which in concrete cases are being flagrantly violated.
KMDLNj estimates the strikes should be extreme vehicle and all other options should be used before going on strike. KMDLNI supports any strike organised in accordance with the law, and the SBASK strike is in full accordance with the law. As for orientation
National Joundman Jasharaj, you must be crazy to believe what Elvis Hoxha says.
The government has shown no interest in establishing a social dialogue and co-operation with the SBASK, rather, with all means has tried to break the strike by disrupting the union to then bring it under control. The president's reaction is delayed, multi-understanding and leaves no hope that he really wants to contribute to overcoming the situation except that he made efforts to secure an exit strategy, without consequences, for the Government of Kosovo.
Human rights, union rights and unionist action have no alternative for a country with democracy, much less the threat and blackmail that the people of Kosovo had faced many times but failed to comply with despite the price they paid.
Kosovo has many other problems to deal with.
