KMDLNJ: deceptive visit to Kosovo Ekaterina Trandafilova

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has led a series of charges against the head of the Special Court in The Hague, Ekaterina Trandafilova, saying it has built clientist report with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the so-called DHS-ara People's Lawyer and the Netherlands Ombudsman for monitoring [...]
According to KMDLNj, never the head of the Special Court, Ekaterina Trandafilova has reacted against the flagrant violation of the principle of presumption of innocence by the SPS chief prosecutor who, without yet beginning the judicial process and without a proper court decision, several times has publicly stated that Hashim Thaci and others will be sentenced to life in prison, with this moral and judicial dissemination and the ruling on detention.
“The head of the Special Court in The Hague has drastically unfair, morally and professionally deviated from the responsibility of Dick Marty's report, respectively, the section of trafficking with human beings and organs that has served as a key means of pressure for forming this judiciary. KMDLNY is not satisfied with even the health services offered to those deprived of freedom. KMDLNj has requested and asked Kosovo institutions to seek a fair and impartial process that is not conditioned by demands of daily policy or ethnic affiliation. This is the obligation of institutions and, under no circumstances can be considered an intervention in justice”, it is said in response.
KMDLNY response:
V The Governor's IsITANT ISITASTERS AND TRANDAFILOVA WRITER IN COSOVE!
Special Court head on ethnic and racist grounds Ekaterina Trandafilova was visiting Kosovo. Because of the protest warned by the PSD, he cancelled his physical visit to Gjilan to negotiate through social networks, as she stated, with civil society and citizens and to announce the work the Special Court, whose chairman is doing. Later, under semi-legal conditions, he visited MD é as if he met at one of Pristina's hotels with students or members of civil society and, likely, according to unconfirmed sources even with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Currently, eight (8) citizens of Kosovo, two, Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, leader of the KLA's OVL detention court sentenced to the first degree penalty with Draconic sentences, the other Salih Mustafa Cali, in anticipation of pronouncing the sentence that ZPS yet has asked for 35 years in prison, ignoring the fact that during the proclamation of the sentence there is favourable priority for accusing at the time of the crime, the body is appointed to be trial against the KDL for which KDL will not appreciate much of its first term, but high court of Kosovo's highest court, the chief of justice, and Kosovo's highest court. Jakup Krasniqi, twice chairman of the Kosovo Assembly and for a specific term U.d. Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kosovo Prime Minister and at the moment of arrest Kosovo President Kadri Veselin, in the second term as Kosovo Assembly Speaker and Rexhep Selimi, chief of the Vetevendosje Movement GP, could begin at the end of this year or early 2023, as there were many objections being held in custody beyond reasonable time and in opposition to the human rights of persons deprived of freedom.
The Special Court and its president are called on to be part of Kosovo's justice system only when they want to create alibis for numerous human rights violations in the meantime they don't render accountability to any institution in Kosovo, whether the Kosovo Parliament where it was violent was voted for the establishment of this Court and leave the Ministry of Justice no longer to account for any information that is contrary to Kosovo's articles or the billing of expenditures for victims, not under legislation in power in Kosovo, but according to the standards of this Court. It's a shameful and threatening request that the SPS and Special Court, in the form of a questionnaire, send to the Ministry of Justice exactly about the way the victims are compensated, and, after receiving the response, again requested clarifications because it is not in line with expectations.
Ekaterina Karanfilova says there are more than 1 million pages of materials in the case of four highest institutional posts indictees in Kosovo, without pointing to how many from Serbia are and which KMDLNj feels most are from Serbia.
After much opposition from defence and international lawyers, as well as some sporadic cases of local organisations, the hours required by the SPS ʹar (over 1670 ) have dropped to 709, which according to the KMDLNj é are very much about extending the judicial process. This too represents presedan compared to previous processes at The Hague Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
In remarks to conceal excusing evidence for the accused, the mayor only says they must surrender, without specifying the deadline for the Labour Order.
For the great delay in translating material into Albanian (some decisions and completed acts of prejudices are handed over for months late), it says they are being translated intensively.
In the question of how it is possible to be sentenced to such high sentences for obstructing justice administration, Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, while there is no responsibility because there has been no investigation into the flow, sale or smuggling of sensitive materials from this tribunal, the head says cynically and dishonestly that responsibilities are divided between ZPS APUar and DHS dealt with these two aggressive and excusive mechanisms.
Nothing is said when local lawyers are treated as wing workers from this court and that entry visas are allowed only in length for days that are constantly a barrier to the preparation of effective protection.
With a completely dishonest argument that the court is not an ethnic one for the fact that the requests for recognition of the victim's status are of different ethnic affiliations and conceals the fact that all the detainees, the accused and, of course, convicts are Albanians, citizens of Kosovo or other countries, as well as Albanians. Like all the interview guests are Albanians.
All employees, on all levels at the Centre of Pre-prisonment, in ZPS CHAar, DHS CHAara, administration, officers and even translators are foreigners, none are Albanians.
The head of the Racist Special Court in The Hague, Ekaterina Trandafilova, has built clientlist report with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the so-called DHS-ara Ombudsman and the Netherlands' Ombudsman for monitoring human rights deprived of freedom by thus ensuring a complete lack of transparency and accountability.
There is no reason to say that three ( 3 ) witnesses who have been subjected to psychological treatment when, at the same time, tens of thousands of victims in Kosovo are denied human intelligence rights for information and justice rights, only they are Albanians!
Never has Special Court Chairman Ekaterina Trandafilova reacted against the flagrant violation of the principle of presumption of innocence by the SPS chief prosecutor who, without yet beginning the judicial process and without a proper court ruling, has publicly stated that Hashim Thaci and others will be sentenced to life in prison, so with this moral and judicial division, he has argued the sentence for detention.
The head of the Special Court in The Hague has dramatically unfair, morally and professionally deviated from the responsibility of Dick Marty's report, respectively, the part where trafficking with human beings and organs has served as a key means of pressure for forming this trial.
KMDLNY, is not satisfied with even the health services offered to those deprived of freedom.
KMDLNY would accept this tribunal as proper and impartial only if it would treat all the victims equally, without making any distinction in ethnic and other grounds and demanding responsibility for all who planned crime, committed crime or prevented it, as well as made no difference. This court is not such, therefore, from the human rights aspect it is one democratic and racist.
KMDLNj has requested and asked Kosovo institutions to seek a fair and impartial process that is not conditioned by demands of daily policy or ethnic affiliation. This is the obligation of institutions and that, under no circumstances, cannot be considered an intervention in justice!
To ensure these conditions for a fair, impartial and politically undiscreet judgment, KMDLNj calls international human rights organisations to monitor the entire trial process that has not yet begun and has not been made for the processes against Nasim Haradinaj, Hysni Gucati and Salih Mustafa.
Unless justice is provided for all victims, it is a selective justice and human rights aspect is unacceptable. This court exactly applies to selective justice.
