Jasawwright's full letter to the ombudsman charges of absorption of a 10.45% wage increase

The United Education, Science and Culture Union (SBASHK) has sent a letter to the Ombudsman today, which is said to be willing to review the first requirement, but on condition that in early January 2023, teachers' salaries increase by 10.45 percent plus 50 euros from the economic package [...]

The letter provided by Periscope states:

<x) The SBASK has been and is willing to review its request for the initially required financial surplus”.

The following are three points proposed by the SBASK:

For the end, we reconfirm that we stand and agree to implement these points:
1. Pay growth for 10.45 % as much as it was economic growth (BPV) in Kosovo according to ASC (T1- 4,12% T2-16.77+T3-14.53) based on the law for public finance management and additions of 50 Euro from the economic package published by the Government on September 3rd 2022 for the period September 2022, and from January 2023 wage growth for as much as is the 2022 plus 2022 inflation rate based on the collective contract SBMA (KMA). Consider SBASK's rational remarks given during the public discussion of the salary law, as well as the law of public officials.

2. We complete the change of the Law on Pension Scheme Financed by the State, No.04/L 131, especially changes or completes the 8th paragraph 1 under paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3, called in the 1983 Pension Insurance Law, which requires that 15 years be contributed to pension schemes before the end of November 2022.

3. By the end of 2022, it will be approved to meet the amendment to health insurance law or otherwise to start implementing the current health insurance law from January 2022. ”

In the letter sent to the ombudsman, there is also widespread criticism of the “anity being shown”.
