The Kosovo Correcting Service announces the opinion that it has suspended from work, Burim Buleskaj, former UD. Director of the USKK Department for Security and Transport of Prisoners, current Leader for Administration at Pristina's Pre-ERm Centre, as well as Dejan Zogaj, former Correcting Official, UD-Director at Prizren Pre-prison Centre.
They have initiated disciplinary procedure for serious action violations, misactions in the case of a serious event at the Prizren Centre of Paraburg in 2016.
The Disciplinary Commission of the Kosovo Correcting Service has estimated that the exercise of office in positions they have, hinders disciplinary investigation or may violate the appropriate exercise of office.
Therefore, the Kosovo Disciplinary Commission of the Correcting Service decides the suspension of civil servants, to proceed further with investigative procedures and review of all circumstances related to the event and responsibilities, the SHKK reports.
