Josep Borrell said Putin's statement that he was not playing bluff” should be taken seriously.
“Of course it's a dangerous moment, because the Russian army has been pushed into a corner and Putin's reaction, threatening to use nuclear weapons is very bad”, Borrell said.
Seven months since the beginning of the Ukrainian Russian occupation, analysts have agreed that President Putin's forces are still standing, but he said a <x0 diplomatic resolution” must be reached, a solution that “defined Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity”.
“The war may end, but we will not have peace and we will have another fight”, he said.
