Bloodov: Prescription items worth 300 thousand euros contaminated the environment

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed three requests for temporary selection of items that were approved by the Court.

At the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, and at the court's order, three excavors and a transport truck were seized, which amounted to about 300 thousand euros, due to the suspicion that they were used in carrying out the criminal work “Nodoti or degradation of the”.

“Gjakov, September 30, 2022 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, during August-September 2022, has filed three (3) requests for temporary selection of items, which were approved by the competent Court in Gjakova. At the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, and at the court's order, three (3) excavers and a (1) transport truck, which amounts to about 300 thousand euros, due to suspicion that they were used in carrying out the criminal work “Ndoti or degradation of the” environment, from Article 338, paragraph 1, of KPRK.
