The foundation prosecutor at Ferizaj announced that in the continuation of the action “Brezovica 6”, 11 locations have been checked, from these locations 8 were in Pristina, 2 in Podujevo and 1 in Fushe Kosova.
The prosecution confirmed that, against the seven detainees, the 48-hour detention measure has been imposed, as well as it became known that within the legal deadline, the requirement is expected to be made for setting the measure of detention against them at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.

The “Brezovica” was launched in December 2021, the former head of Shtrpce Bratislav Nikolic was also arrested in one of those shares. According to Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor, Nikolic was suspected of accepting bribes and gifts aimed at issuing construction permits at “National Park. Sharri”, the weekend of Brezovica.
Prosecutor Rasim Maloku had claimed that the former head of Shtrpce, Bratislav Nikolic, had benefited over 1m euros illegally.

A few days ago, the prosecution informed that in co-ordination and co-operation with Pristina's Directorate of Internal Crimes, Environment Ministry Inspectorate, Environmental Protection Department, municipality Inspectorate, National Park Directorate “Sharri” and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency continued operation for identification and registration of weekends in the Brezovica area.
The purpose of this operation is to identify the construction of all facilities in the protected areas of the national park as to which areas they are built, possess construction permits, and the same are in accordance with law”, said successive prosecution reports.
The number of persons arrested in the divided shares in the case “Brezovica” has gone to dozens of detainees, as well as hundreds of thousands of euros worth of items have been seized.
