Vlasi said this situation most coincides with Russia wanting to shift attention from the war to Ukraine.
Serbia has two main things in its strategy. Whenever there is a need for domestic interests, or the pressure of Russia for its own interests, as is now the case of Russian aggression in Ukraine, and Russia now has interest that has shifted little attention from there to our region, to activate and cause problems with Kosovo” said Vlasi.
Following that decision, Serbs had placed barricades, unable to negotiate at the border points in Zubin Potok and Leposaviq.
But to calm the situation there, it took the intervention of Ambassador to the United States Jeff Havenier, who called for the suspension of reciprocity for 30 days.
