As the “Anadolu Agency” reports, in a statement issued by Turkey's Foreign Ministry, it is said Turkey hopes both sides will also agree on the license issue.

We welcome the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia for border points with ID. We hope that the parties will agree to other issues, especially on the issue of the license plates, as soon as we have done it”, the ministry's statement says.

Noting that Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu spoke on the phone with his Kosovo and Serbian counterparts to ease tension, he said Turkey has also continued to call on the parties to act on restraint.

“Turkey, as a Balkan country, places great importance on preserving peace and stability in the Balkans and supports solving problems through dialogue, as well as initiatives to that end. Turkey will continue to try to preserve peace and stability in the region”, he added.

Kosovo and Serbia have reached agreement on August 27th to give up issuing documents for entry and release for citizens of two states.
