You don't know what the deal is. But Lajcak has published a photo with Kurti and Vuciqi prior to the meeting.

“On the eve of high-level dialogue in Brussels, I had meetings with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, to prepare for tomorrow's” discussions, Lajcak wrote.

During yesterday, the issue of the Association of Communities with the Serb Majority has also been discussed, but Serbia's persistent demand, since the US says it should only become a reform of the Kosovo Constitution.
