By reading the new Public Officials Bill, I am terrified with the provisions that predetermine and allow space for political interference in public administration.
This bill is a direct attack on state administration and civil service without exception. It's against everything that has been achieved with the EU and Sigma in the last decade.
The new Public Officials Bill, Article 46, Article 66 and Article 98, respectively, on transitional provisions are clearly anti-unconstitutional provisions, which in essence are iron broom against the state administration's leading management.
This law must not pass, by no means!
