Tahiri: The presence of American forces in northern Kosovo hit Vuciqi's neck

Former Kosovo chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia Edita Tahiri through a post on the social network, Facebook has written about Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq's media conference.

Tahiri also stressed that Vuciqi has postponed this conference several days after talks in Brussels, which she called failed.
