This is the largest American security shipment to Kiev to date, said a statement from Biden.
He added that the money sent will enable Ukraine to buy air and artillery protection systems, as well as radar and ammunition.
In the note of the six-month occupation, Beden said Ukrainians had “insinuated the world with their courage and devotion to freedom”.
