Sarrazz through a tweet at Titter has thanked the EU's special emissar for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, as well as US special envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar for support and co-ordination.
Sarrazin, achieving this agreement, has praised it as good news.

Kosovo and Serbia have reached agreement on identification documents. Serbia has decided to accept Kosovo documents, with this case removing barriers to free movement for Kosovars.
EU Foreign Policy High Representative Josep Borrell made that known.
“According to the EU facilitated Dialogue, Serbia agreed to abolish the entry/ex release documents for Kosovo ID holders and Kosovo agreed not to introduce them to Serbian ID holders”, Borrell wrote on Twitter.
