Rhetman Jasharaj reacts to Nagavci: If they look like a little 100 euros, add 200 or 300

The chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture (SBASHK), Nundman Jasharaj, has reacted following statements by Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Information (MASHTI), Arberie Nagavci, concerning the Law of the Pagans. Through a media communique, Jasharaj has said that neither the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK), as majority representative [...]
Through a media communiqué, Jasharaj has said that neither the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK), as the representative of most union Federations, nor the SBASK as representatives of employees in the entire education sector, and in many of the institutions of culture, have been locked up not once in the work of the Pagan Law drafting commission.
Also, according to him, they have not officially accepted the final version of this law.
“We asked for months of meetings, there were also union actions with one-hour strike protests to encourage the Government for dialogue and agreement, and it did not make a single millimeter of commitment, and just one day or two before the BSPK announced the general strike to Minister Svechla came out with the statement that it has started to prosecute the next salary Law. We have the right to suspect that this was done to create fog and speculation of people”, says the media communique.
Jasharaj, among other things, has stated that BSPK and SBASK have no official position on the Law of Salaries “because they were not part of his preparation, nor have they received this version on the official road”.
According to him, unionists even have the right to doubt that this was meant to create fog and speculation.
“In the media it is beginning to publish writings on who the pay will be made and even somewhere -- the value of 120 euros is mentioned for the cofficiency. There may be individuals here who are counting on how much pay will be paid by “ “
Those employed in the public sector must be told the truth that everything for the wage law remains an assumption, and even if the Government's compliance with the unions for this Law is achieved months and months until the approval of MPs and then, if that is not enough, the version says that 8 months after the publication of official Gaza is expected to start wages according to this Law and that, if you wait, O Lord, do not be sent to the Constitutional and reevaluate and then return to zero-auth.
This could happen and therefore is the legitimate request of the SBASK and of all other unions in BSPK that until the state starts paying salaries under the Law of Pays, the law that would be the product of the Government's agreement with trade unions, the Government will make an additional 100 euros in salaries for all those employed in education and other sectors with the reasoning that there have been very large price hikes of elementary life articles”.
When we are in this modest request to the Government for an additional 100 euros in salaries, Minister Nagavci made a hardy mood of salt, criticising us for asking exactly 100 euros and not for 300 euros. Minister we have known that this demand is minimal and insufficient in the face of all these price hikes, but we have done it because it can be accomplished if the Government wants to. If you think we've asked for a little bit and you're not making fun of it, then as Minister of All Education you are, search and realise in Government your request for 200 or 300 euros and we'll be the happiest and we'll feel proud of you”.
In the end, Jasharaj has stressed that the Government's fallback “approach to trade unions and dialogue, the creation of fog with or without the intention of the salary Law and other salt-free laws have brought the situation up to the general strike, and whether Minister Nagavci and Government are really in trouble of students and the hours lost from the strike, let them start with dialogue and meeting union requirements, which are under the BSP”
