Through a Facebook post, Rama has said the notorious report can no longer enjoy the support resolution currently in effect.

Albania's “Assembly has officially forwarded to the Council of Europe, Resolution “Mbi, the groundlessness of claims on illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania”, unanimously adopted to Albania's Assembly on July 21st 2022”, Rama wrote.

Rama has also told which institutions were sent this report.

On the other hand, the Albanian prime minister has said Albania has asked the Council of Europe to draft another report exposing Marty's.

Rama's full delivery:

SCIPIA officially asked the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to review Resolution 1782 (2011) and declare the accusations of illegal trafficking of human organs under Kosovo Liberation War groundless! In light of developments this decade, facts, evidence and updated information, as well as the commitment, readiness and full co-operation of Albania and Kosovo in the service of truth and justice, Dick Marty's notorious report can no longer enjoy the supporting resolution in force.

Albania's Assembly has officially forwarded to the Council of Europe, Resolution “Mbi, on the grounds of claims on illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania”, unanimously adopted in Albania's Assembly on July 21st 2022.

The resolution has been sent to them:

Member states and those with Council of Europe observer status;

General Secretary of the Council of Europe;

Council of Europe Committee of Ministers;

President and Vice Presidents of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

Secretary General of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

Committees for Legal Affairs and Human Rights at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Albania asks the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to implement a following report (found up report) and, as a result, a substantial review of Resolution 1782 (2011).

Albania reaffirms its steadfast will to help justice and support any effort intended to reveal the truth, and it considers this meaningful expression of that will to be launched.
