The prosecution with new details: Action under way in Brezovica area

“The Basic Prosecutor in Ferizaj announces the public opinion that in co-ordination and co-operation with the North Crimes Directorate (DKR) in Pristina, Environment Minister Inspectorate, Environmental Protection Department, municipality Inspectorate, National Park Directorate “Sharri” and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, even today, are continuing the operation to identify and register weekends in the Brezovica” area, said the report.

The prosecution says the purpose of this operation is to identify the construction of all facilities in the protected areas of the national park as to which areas they are built, possess construction permits, and the same are in accordance with the law.

Ferizaj, August 15, 2022 The Basic Prosecutor at Ferizaj announces the public opinion that in co-ordination and co-operation with the Directorate of Crime (DKR) in Pristina, Environment Minister Inspectorate, Environmental Protection Department, municipality Inspectorate, National Park Directorate “Sharri” and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, even today, are continuing the operation to identify and register weekends in the Brezovica area.

The purpose of this operation is to identify the construction of all facilities in protected areas of the national park where they are built, possess construction permits, and the same are in accordance with the law.

This action today is a continuation of earlier shares in the Brezovica area.
