Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has reacted after the election of Bozidar Delic as deputy speaker of Serbia's parliament.
Osmani has compared him and Kosovo Parliament Vice President Saranda Bogujevci as the survivor of the Bogujevci family massacre in Podujevo during the war.
