Nagavci SBASK message: Threats can go on, class's interrupted whenever you want.

In a Facebook post, Nagavci has said that AugustI worked on improving infrastructure in schools, advancing legal infrastructure, quality textbooks, cabinets and labs in order to improve the results in education.

“Page and dignified conditions for our teachers. This promise will be lived with the new Law of Rewards. Our teachers on all levels without exception have been treated with special care. Not neglecting pre-school teachers and educators, but the salary and conditions of favourable work” wrote.

Nagavci has stressed that restructuring the performance assessment process, licensing and professional development of teachers will also give meaning to growth in salaries.

The SBASK warning that the education process against wage growth has no rationality. This repeat cycle of threats can no longer continue. The SBASK enjoys guaranteed legal rights for union organisation and response, but cannot violate students' constitutional right to education. There is no end to the learning process every time someone wants”, Nagavci stressed.

It has added that they have considered every request and that the new wage bill addresses the rank of education workers better than “The SSASK had asked for and was hired”

“We have a long way along even this teaching year and challenges will not be missed. Every hour and day of instruction is responsible to students for better schooling”, Nagavci said.
