The Ministry publishes with strikers, Sefaj Spahiut: You put Government in a bad position.

Today, an e - mail was published by Finance Ministry Secretary Enis Spahiu, who asked Grevist member Ali Sefaj, the list of women's workers, to suspend wages.

Another series of communications between the ministry and the representative of the strikers has been sent from the Finance Ministry's address.

Sefay, on his e-mail, told him he had announced Government in time, seven days before the maintenance.

It's Article 18 of the Law on Greva that's slamming the strikers and the ministry. The ministry secretary is summoned to that article when he announces that salaries for strike will be suspended. Sefaj says he misreaded.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Greek Law: 1. For strike organisers, strike participants and other employees who support the strike, no disciplinary or material measures can be taken and your work relationship must not be broken”, Sefaj Spahiu told

In the end, the series of “ignored” that pressure and obstruction of strike is condemned according to the legislation with power.

“According to Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Law on Greece clearly determines that the announcement should be made by the employer. On the other hand, according to Article 18, paragraph 3.6, the Administration Organization Law, the parameters of the SP position to decide on managing financial, material and human resources, ministerial system, in line with legislation in force. Moreover, for the level of administrative and supportive officials, in Article 79 of the Law for Public Officials, for administrative officials and supporters, it is clearly provided that the employer in this working relationship is the institution's top administrative leader. Spahiu writes that they have a “legal duty to identify which officials should suspend contracts, not ask for jobs from them, and not pay them until they strike”, but says this request has taken a different course, although he has begged that there be no misunderstanding.
