The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has called for the appointment of the detention measure by the competent Court in Gjakova, against the defendants L.H., due to the alleged suspicion that he committed criminal work “the light body enforcement”, from Article 185 paragraph 3, under paragraph 3.1, concerning KPRK paragraph 1.

The prosecution reports that, on August 24, 2022, in the Malisheva municipality, right in their common home, defendant L.H., inflicts bodily harm on his wife, the injured M.P., the sensitive victim, the pregnant woman.
