Kurti was having this conversation with these demonstrators along with the opposition at the time, where they were protesting, demanding early elections, after the ruling collapse, according to them, had violated the constitution when she made arrangements for the Association of Serbian municipalities and pardoned Montenegro territory through Demarketation.
