Kurti has said Spain should and recognise Kosovo as a state. When he said that, Kurt also quoted renowned Albanian writer Ismail Kadare, who had said that “Spain should never be compared to Serbia, because Serbia has committed genocide in Kosovo”.
The head of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has also talked about Russian aggression and Moscow's bid to boost destabilisation at the European Union's borders.
