“There has been little substantial progress or change in Serbia's attitude towards Kosovo and other neighbours. Hegemonistic positions are still there. And that makes normal relations difficult with them”, the Kosovo ambassador to the US said.
He, among other things, has said that Kosovo's independence is not being questioned, since it has been confirmed by the JND.
