Kosovo Ambassador to the US Ilir Dugolli has considered dialogue with Serbia has not had any progress, since she has considered that the latter still has territorial claims on Kosovo.
Duggoll these statements were given in an interview by the American medium The Washington Diplomat.
“There has been little substantial progress or change in Serbia's attitude towards Kosovo and other neighbours. Hegemonistic positions are still there. And that makes normal relations difficult with them”, the Kosovo ambassador to the US said.
He, among other things, has said that Kosovo's independence is not being questioned, since it has been confirmed by the JND.
Similarly, he has said that both Republicans and Democrats have always been committed towards diplomatic aid to Kosovo.
The two sides, both Democrats and Republicans, have always been engaged before the war, during the war when they defeated the NATO coalition to end genocide and after the war, helping us rebuild the country in our fight for independence”, he stressed.
