KED reacts after the Ministry's statement of “loss and theft of power”

In the ME communiqué, commercial losses caused by theft and technical KED are said to be 19 per cent. This minister has said these losses are not covered by KEDS.
However, KEDS says these are not accusations. Rather, the company's spokesman, Viktor Buzhala, has thanked the ministry and government “for its readiness to fight losses”.
