Ibrahim of the Association of Messages: To regret how the state budget was spent only 11 percent

The executive director of the Kosovo Communist Association, Saban Ibrahimi, has raised concerns that municipalities risk being left without a budget.

In the special edition in Klan Kosova, he has said he does not think there is a lack of public money because according to him, the state budget in capital investments has only been spent 11 percent.

I believe we have financial means, but this is not about financial means. It is about drafting municipal budgets and roadmaps that should come from the central level in terms of budgetary boundaries where municipalities cannot cross budgetary boundaries.

Asked that by the time it is the deadline for sending the second budgetary circuit, he has said it should be sent as soon as possible.
