Kosovo has cowardly prime minister, so even today's talks in Brussels will not produce any long-term solution, the member of the Social Democrat left, Zgjim Hyseni, estimates.
The Brussels Summit between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic, Hyseni sees it potentially only as extending the technical-negotiative level of technical talks between former negotiators Edita Tahiri and Borko Stefanovic, respectively.
“ [ Kurti] will make deals such as it needs temporarily to retain its power, rather than agreements providing permanent peace for two peoples”, Zgjim Hyseni told Reporter.
As a result of what Hyseni sees as <x0-sourced on the level of Edita Tahiri's [technical] dialogue”, he says that “this flow leads to continuous extensions, which the station has the Asociation”.
As for association, Hyseni decidently says that “is not the final” solution.
On Thursday, state leaders meet in Brussels, while expectations that this meeting will produce things have also been low by the parties themselves.
The Slovak emissary responsible for fascillating dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, however, has indicated that “expect a <xx1> but that however, that “final”, since, as he put it, “would be very naive to hope in this”.
The Kosovo prime minister has said he will probably insist on reciprocity with Serbia and that the new government decisions that entered into force on September 1st “are not discussed in Brussels”.
“Reciprocity is principle. We don't have unilaterally damaging objectives”, the prime minister has said.
The Serbian president on the other side has indicated that the Serb majority municipality community will be persistently sought, and not according to the Kosovo Constitution, but according to what he considers to be negotiated.
