It is difficult to verify these claims independently. The region has been under Russia's control since the early days of the war, and Ukrainian officials have refused to publicly comment on details of the operation.
The latest attacks came weeks after Ukraine's attacks on Russia's supply lines within occupied territory, attacks that have had destabilizing effects on Russian troops.
