These vehicles are equipped with sensors and radar, which during the car's movement monitor the road, identify counter-evasors by measuring the speed of moving vehicles at 360 degrees angle, has access to cross-border detection, telephone use, and other counter-intraventions in road communication by sending real-time data to the Kosovo Police database.
On the screen placed inside the car, police officials can see cars on the street at what speed they're moving, have information about the license plates and other details that make it easier to identify the intruders.
These devices also make it possible to read license plates and identify unregistered tools, stolen license plates, identify people in moving vehicles who are required by justice organs.
The goal of the Kosovo Police is not to fine car drivers, but to prevent less traffic accidents.
