Just three days after the signing of the Energy Agreements Implementation Guide was introduced, the first point was implemented.
But 43 days after the Serbian company's license “electricity” from the Energy Regulatory Office, there is no movement concerning the implementation of the document signed between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels.
When next week exceeds half the deadline for implementation of 9 points, facilitators of dialogue between the parties said delays are for technical reasons.
From the Kosovo side, they say Kosovo has made all efforts to realise the guide agreed on in June.
As Sʹi makes clear the technical aspects, the economy minister leaves the blame to the Serbian company for the impasses on these points.

Before that decision, however, there should be consultations with the EU-brokered parties within a 15-day deadline.
