In February 2018, in co-ordination with two others, he had committed a theft in a flower greenhouse in Pristina's village of Prugovac.
According to the prosecution's indictment, which Paparac has provided, he and the other two were taken by surprise in carrying out the act of gang robbery.
Based on the indictment, when the injured owner, owner of the flower greenhouse, had returned from his workplace in Pristina, with his going to the greenhouse, he had suddenly encountered all three indictees, who had masks on his face.
Further, according to the indictment, when the injured man realized that the accused had gone in to steal, had fought with them, and in that case, the accused A.L. had punched the injured man in the face, while Ekrem Rexhepi had hit him with boxing on the head, and had been knocked down on the ground, losing consciousness for about 40 minutes.
According to the indictment, the accused from his pocket had later received the cash portfolio in many of the 70 euros, as well as the generator worth 1200 euros, a “brusalica”.
Later, the accused had fled the scene with the “Pik car up”.
According to the indictment, during the police's search, at Ekrem Rexhepi's house, they had found and seized the generator, property of the injured owner of Prugovac's greenhouse.
In November 2018, the accused had been released from custody by court ruling.
