Kurt first showed what the agenda was.
“According to the pre-communicable agenda, the trilateral meeting held in the 1+0 format would address only two topics: discussions on the elements of the final agreement and current questions”, Kurti said.
The prime minister said that he first originated “our side's perspective on the overall framework and elements that should have included the final agreement”, in the form of 6 chapters.
Kurti said Kosovo offered the treatment of respective minority rights, including relevant guarantees for both Serbs in Kosovo and Albanians in Serbia.
The prime minister said they have proposed reconsidering the agreements thus far, “but not with the idea of renegotiating them as dezinforms have been cracked from the other side”.
The “Unfortunately this edition of mine was not accompanied by a positive contribution from the other side, and cfiling instead of ideas has only drawn conclusions that they are not interested in full normalisation, but in small steps and gradual”, he said.
Kurti said they had planned to stay in Brussels even beyond 18 August, with the conviction that the final agreement would consume most of the time.
Kurti said he simply managed to manage crisis with small steps and potential and eventual security problems”. He said he was only prime minister in Brussels, and not as a police officer or a customs officer.
