The exception only makes the Merdar border crossing point where the exit expectations are up to two hours, while the motorcade is up to a mile. But at the front, the wait doesn't go more than 10 minutes.
At the point, the White Law border crossing is up to five minutes while no columns are reported. As the exits go up to 40 minutes, the vehicle's turn is 100m.
At all other border crossings, at the exit, expectations are no longer more than 10 minutes, while no delays are reported at the entry.
