He has said it was strange that reductions were warned.
The interactive KTV convoy has added that the way Kosovo is supplied is short-term supply from KESCO.
“Subvention should be paid because it is promised. In the energy market, there are no resources which companies can buy or sell energy. I see no obstacle for KEK to do so with KESH. If reductions have been the result of what KESCO has not had inflow to pay for import, in this case KEK can also ensure that through its investments it buys electricity so that it can then sell KESCO at a reduced price. I find it much easier to give KESCO”, he said.
Klokoqi has said that losses in the system, including theft, are a structural problem of the system.
According to him, two years ago there was reduced losses.
He said it's the best time to deal with lowering electricity losses.
“Must be required to save electricity. There are constant demands everywhere in European countries for electricity savings. This request should be taken seriously. How much the impact of the price increase on consumers can be prevented depends on the government. Subventions are provided for citizens. K ESCO as a supplier does not receive a cent of the subsidy, but this should be monitored”, he said.
