“If you put that fence in line with their laws, it makes all the dialogue useless, if they themselves do not respect and Pristina does not respect its Constitution, because if they respected it, there would not be the Kosovo Army because in the Constitution it is said they had to ask Serbs about it, but have not been asked”
This statement by the Serbian prime minister comes after that of the American emissary for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, who said the association does not make it a state in the state of Kosovo and that the Constitution of Kosovo should be respected.
Brnabyq has not expressed optimism about the fact that it was warned that the Association of Serb-based municipalities will be the topic to be discussed at the 18 August meeting between Albin Kurti and Aleksandar Vucinqi.
I had a meeting with US Ambassador Christopher Hill. I said that I hope in constructive approach, but I don't see room for conversation with Albin Kurti, he doesn't like”, she says, writes N1.
