Borrell speaks in five hours: This was a normal meeting, Kurti and Vuciq discussed comprehensive agreements.

Josep Borrell, the EU's high representative for dialogue, after five hours of discussions in Brussels has appeared at the Media Conference and Periscope transliterated his statement below (to meet time after time): Let me say that today's meeting was not a normal date, or a regular one, along with Lucak, [...]
Let me just say that today's meeting wasn't a normal date, or a regular one, along with Lucak, we called this meeting because we're facing negative developments on the ground and growing tensions in the north.
I can say that this meeting concerned the respondability of the two leaders, in search of a solution towards peace and stability in this part of Kosovo.
And that's when we're at a critical time, we see the return of the war on our continent, after our invasion in Ukraine, we face a dangerous moment and this is no time for growing tensions.
It's time to solve long-term problems.
I've told both leaders that this was a meeting in a way of crisis management, that's a meeting for irregular crisis management and the goal was to calm things down on the ground.
We're also focused on the road to sweeping normalization.
The two leaders had the opportunity to discuss a comprehensive agreement.
I believe Kurt and Vuciq realized there was no alternative but dialogue. /Periscopi
