EU Foreign Policy High Representative Josep Borrell, who has made it known about reaching agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on the issue of entry documents, says he is happy that they have found a European solution that facilitates travel between the two states..
Borrell through a video on the social Twitter network said Prime Minister Kurti has provided guarantees for North Serbs, but says the problem is already on the plate issue.
He has thanked Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq for leadership in the dialogue.
