Moreover, Vlase sʹpoly views this decision as a huge issue, but he says it is important that the solution be found.

It's not meant to happen after 29 days. One important solution is to find out. Brussels and Western allies must play the mediator's role in the matter. The Hour cannot be deferred except for a little while. Kosovo must exercise power overall on its entire territory. Will the agreement be reached within 29 days or put off even a little longer? But the principle of reciprocity should not be abandoned. Serbia is what must behave differently. At the border crossing, it must give up giving that piece of paper to Kosovo citizens or reconcile with reciprocity”, Vlasi said at KTV.

Lawyer Vlase has said the Serbian state is behaving as in 1987 with manipulation and deninforms and that events in the north are reminding him of this.

He also said Serbia is trying to create tensions in Kosovo even to distract the opinion from Russian aggression in Ukraine.

“They have estimated that Serbia wants to create tensions in Kosovo and the region to draw attention to Russian aggression in Ukraine. Westerners are committed to calming down and the matter is postponed. None of the Westerners said to give up the reciprocity principle. There is no chance or way that Serbia is militarily or forcibly engaged in Kosovo, because it enters into war with NATO. Kosovo is a NATO member, but NATO is in Kosovo”, Vlasi said.
