Albania has officially asked the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to draft a new report in which they will review the charges, according to official Tirana already founded on illegal trade in human organs.
Albania's mission to the Council of Europe on a verbal note dated August 10th informs the organisation that the Albanian parliament approved on July 21st 2022, the resolution on groundless claims of illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania.
According to the Albanian side after more than ten years of deep investigation by the EU Special Investigative Force and its successor, the Special Prosecutor's Office, Dick's claims remain untested.
Albania's “Mission to the Council of Europe has the honour of informing you that the Parliament of the Republic of Albania approved on July 21st 2022, Resolution for the groundless claims of illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania. According to the resolution adopted by Albania's Parliament, which is listed in the Dick Marty Report for the murder of people aimed at collecting and selling their organs and illegal human organs trade in Albania and Kosovo, which are listed in paragraphs 1 and 4 of the KSB Resolution 1782, after more than ten years of alleged investigation by the EU Special Investigative Force and its successor, the Bureau of Specialised Prosecutors, remains untured, unplanned and groundless, and evidence for such a reason as this should be seen by all international institutions of the state's and<>.
Also on the verbal note of Albania's mission to KiE, Albania, it requires that the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe make a follow-up report and review Resolution 1782 (2011), reevaluating accusations of illegal trafficking of human organs in Albania and Kosovo.
Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has promised that he will also personally go to the Council of Europe headquarters in Strasbourg on October 10th to the autumn session of the KiE Parliamentary Assembly to bring down the resolution adopted in January 2011 by this organisation for illegal organ trafficking that Dick Marty became aware of former KLA leaders.
It is also claimed that they have physically eliminated not only Serb civilians but also their political opponents of Albanian nationality. In the indictment against Thaci of other former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders in the ongoing trial at The Hague tribunal, new charges have recently been filed involving alleged crimes at two detention centres in Suhareka and another in Gjilan. /tvclean
