The Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) announces the public opinion that it has drawn from the sale tender six assets, respecting the Pristina Community's demand, the Podujevo municipality's demand and the Dragas municipality's request on public interest zones and the initiative of expropriation processes.
The units removed from the sale are as follows.
Unit number 14 - KB Light Earth in Shajkoc;
Unit number 15. - KB Flora Earth in the Upper Minority;
Unit no. 16 - KB Progress Earth in Miroc;
Unit no. 19-Agrocos I office in Dardani;
Unit number 22 - UN Freedom Earth in Sisevo;
Unit number 33 - NSH Coritnik-Skittore in the village of Krstec, Dragash.
These assets were meant to be sold through public tender, sales of assets through liquidation (SHAL) 57, which will be kept with August 10, 2022.
The day for submitting bids for (SHAL) 57 is with August 10, 2022From 10:00 till 12:00., while bidding will be made the same day from 12:30 p.m..
