The prosecution reports that, “defendant F.M., from unconfirmed date to August 22, 2022 to a capiter in Gjakova, with the aim of illegally benefiting property for itself, and acting in opposition to the Law for the Prevention of the Fate Games, organises and participates in the event of sports bets, where the bets played by the United States. H., the defendant profits money in the amount of 60,000 (six thousand) euro”, the prosecution reports.
With these actions, according to the prosecution, he committed criminal work, “Organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling” by Article 294 paragraph 3 concerning KPRK paragraph 2.
Also, defendant F.M., earlier and until 09 August 2022, without authorization, has held weapons and ammunition in opposition to the applicable Law on Weapons, where the same were confiscated by police. With these actions, “holds unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 paragraph 2 of KPRK”, the report said.
