Abazovic has been visiting with Interior Minister Philip Axhiq, Vijesti reports.
"As a child, I remember the shelling of Dubrovnik " Montenegro's greatest disgrace in its modern history, then a country trapped in the grip of nationalism, hatred and profit of war”, Abazovic said.
He is happy to be able to walk freely in Dubrovnik and talk to people in this town who have been named dear people.
Abazovic is claiming to be exercising his power to ease tensions between nationalism.
He has recently signed an agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church, an act that is jeopardising the prime minister's position.
