The motion call initiative is of President Milo Djukanovic's Democratic Socialist Party, supported by five parties.
There are 36 signatures collected so far by MPs for calling this session, until five more is needed.
Abazovic has been elected prime minister of Montenegro on 28 April, until the no-confidence motion against the government he heads has been called after the agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church.
