Kadrijaj indicated that in many cases of selecting ambassadors in absence of physical presence, the chairman of this commission, Haki Abazi, has called MPs to express their vote. According to Kadrijaj, this is contrary to the regulations of the Parliament.
Kadrijaj has announced that these practices where voting has been conducted over the phone have been used in the case of selecting the New York Consulial Proposal, Blerim Reka, and also during the candidate vote for ambassador to Croatia, Martin Berisha.
Among other things, Kadrijaj indicated that the case was addressed to the head of the Parliament and legal office at this institution for interpretation and annulment of these decisions, and will be prepared for lawsuits at the Court.
