Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca announced that 22 MPs voted for the dismissal, 53 opposed and no one abstained.
The country's “citizens are paying this irresponsibly”, he said, demanding the dismissal and appointment of “a board independent of political influences”.
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ferat Shala said this board “would have to be downloaded from the weather”. For legal violations that he said he made this board, he said members “would have to morally withdraw itself”.
The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo supported the motion.
Against the ZRR board's dismissal was the Vetevendosje Movement. The head of the largest parliamentary group, Mimoza Kusari, called the LDK's motion unreasonable.
The “except that it has not had the convincing reasoning, there are incompatibles and complete shortcomings with legal provisions”, she said.
