The VVA's performance after mass exits from Kosovo: Albanians when they won freedom did not create state, but decided to leave

Zaimi has cited a statement by Italian sociologist and philosopher Tony Negrit, who has said Albanians when they gained freedom did not act towards creating the state but decided to leave their country in search of freedom.

“According to Tony Negris, Albanians when they gained freedom did not act towards creating the state, but decided to leave their country in search of freedom (that they just won). They fled their homeland, where there was a great need for hard work, to other countries in search of employment. But in capitalism other countries, rich ones, really need workers but not uncontrolled labor. Therefore, foreign countries decided to build in their service the State that Albanians did not build themselves for themselves...”, Zami wrote.

Otherwise, based on the Kosovo Statistics Agency data, over 42,000 citizens have abandoned Kosovo last year.

That figure is higher in the last five years, some 30,000 less than in 2017.

“The international migration- the number of Kosovo immigrants during 2021 is estimated to be a total of 42,728 residents, including legal and illegal immigrants. The overwhelming part of immigrants for 2021 were legal immigrants. Legal migration was due to family union, marriages, employment, permanent deportation (mostly in neighboring countries), long - term employment studies, and so forth. A number of Kosovars had also emigrated to other countries mainly in the US, Turkey, Canada and other countries, said the ASSCCE report.

That Kosovo's population has shrinkd over the years, and Eurostat statistics show.

According to these data, Kosovo's population has been reduced by 10.2%, compared to 2003, when data is first reported.

Leave, leave.

According to Tony Negris, Albanians when they gained freedom did not act towards creating the state, but decided to leave their country in search of freedom (that they just won). They fled their homeland, where there was a great need for hard work, to other countries in search of employment. But in capitalism other countries, rich ones, really need workers but not uncontrolled labor. So the foreign countries decided to build in their service the State that Albanians did not build for themselves...

In 1998 Tony Negri in a long video interview speaks a little bit about Albania. It says:

It was the strange province of the Third World, or perhaps the second Socialist, Soviet, and crisis world, but in any case a phenomenon of flight from the country that was no longer an escape from civil war or any other, but in fact it was this strange post-modern figure of leaving in search of the work, wealth and culture that appealed to it. The strange church, which is Albania, surrounded by all parts of the world, occasionally associated with bizarre ideology and organisational structures, which at the moment it gained freedom did not move toward the State, towards the Constitution, but simply fled in search of freedom. They all left by boat. What happened then? With the aim of bringing this workforce under control, to keep it alive, to stop those masses of people from coming and destabilizing mature markets and capitalised countries, they tried at any cost and cost to restore the State from abroad, by force. Albania's situation is a paradox that I find very interesting. This is said by knowing, however, that there have been many other situations in the history of capitalism when the two necessary ones are presented simultaneously: on the one hand, the need to have a truly strong labour market furniture and, in turn, the need to impose a successful adjustment on it. Any capitalist enrichment passes through this strait between Sheila and Caribda, among these alternatives. There is no doubt that even in this case they have tried to apply intermediate formulas to block population movement, as were once the poor la·raque” in the history of capitalism beginnings, particularly in England, laws that essentially aimed at blocking the movement of the workforce. Today these efforts have resurfaced, in the form of state policies, through a kind of relocation in areas where investment is possible, where it is possible to bring the workforce under control...”
