Swiss newspaper “Black” has written on Saturday that hundreds of doctors from Kosovo each year are leaving Kosovo.
And the main reasons for leaving are working conditions and wages.
The Swiss newspaper reports that every year 200 doctors leave Kosovo for European Union countries, mainly in Germany and Austria.
While in Kosovo a doctor receives 624 euros, in Germany he can receive over 4 thousand euros.
Not only in medicine but also in other areas there are major labour movement from the Balkans to Europe.
The Kosovo doctor, Flamur Lambini, said his career will continue in Germany.

Labjan indicated that he will work at a well-known hospital in Thingen, specifically at the Pulmonary Clinic, follows Klankosova.tv.
Meanwhile, Albanian doctor Raymond Hazizaj said that at his beginning he too had his difficulties.
I had my difficulties at every start. But I have already overcome them, and I am very pleased with the current workplace and the colleagues with whom I work” Hazizaj said.

Hazizaj said he left because of working conditions.
I've left Albania because I wanted to specialize and be up-to-date with recent technology tools”.
He said there are many opportunities for further training in Germany.
This paper points out that the migration of qualified workers is well suited for European Union countries, as long as Kosovo's migration of doctors is a risk of not having enough staff or specialists.
And Oda of Doctors Plerat Sejdiu said 108 doctors and 48 specialists have gone to Germany this year.

Sejdiu said that in the next ten years, Kosovo could release about 2,000 doctors.
I think that in the next five years, we will have a crisis if you continue the trend to the young specialists”, Sejdiu said.
The average age of Kosovo doctors is 50 years old.
And there doesn't seem to be any improvements since of 150 graduates, 90 of them leave their country after they finish their studies.
